"This location was just remodeled, but seldom used. It's location is central to downtown and a quick (only fast food within walking distance for downtown workers. The management has went DOWNHILL here, very rude. There are a few really nice employees, but their good work is hard to see after the management experience. The doors never open at 10 when they say and if you approach or knock on the door to get someone's attention, they will look at you then ignore you while standing around with loud music playing. There are A LOT of days that they don't even open the inside and the only way to get anything is drive through (which they won't let you walk up to the window . They act as if you are disturbing them just to order food (and that's all done on the self serve screens . PLEASE GET NEW MANAGEMENT BEFORE YOU LOSE YOUR MOST FREQUENT CUSTOMERS!!!! I've also been in when an elderly gentleman wanted to order but didn't know how to use the self service kiosk and they told him to figure it out ?. To sum it up, find a different location or choose a nearby restaurant.... it will be quicker and better service!"

"This place seemed pretty nice. The patio was a good place for a gathering, and everyone from the staff who I interacted with was kind and helpful. I'm not sure if it was at the discretion of the group that booked the group event, but the vegetarian options for the taco bar were a bit lacking, it would have been great to have some beans or another plant-based protein. The corn tortillas were also pretty... Crumbly. But that's just the way it goes I guess. ?"

"Worst “manager” in the world. I waited TWENTY FIVE MINUTES in the drive thru at 1030pm. Get to the window and their card machine keeps freezing so he tells me that unless i have 8$ cash that it’ll be another 5-10 minutes.ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! How much food do you waste every single day and you can’t just give me 8$ worth of food?! ??"
