"Friendly staff, good food. Manager is always smiling and pleasant. The lady in the thru drive had a hard time to hear about my engine so that a new headset and Intercom could be needed. She still has my order right and fast. Would definitely recommend."

"The drive thru arrive was excellent. The customer service member at the window did an excellent job. His fellow team members also knew what to do for a wonderful drive-thru experience I've had in a minute. The food was yummy in the tummy. I am so very pleased. I would definitely recommend anyone from my hometown or traveling to try Big Mac's Taco Bell. Keep up the good work guys. A+"

"Went into the restaurant at lunch time. The entire restaurant was filthy. There was only one customer ahead of me, but the amount of time it took to be waited on, seemed like a dozen customers were ahead of me.A group of ladies came in after me, and I heard them tell an employee the lady's restroom was dirty and out of toilet paper, the employee responded: are you going to order or not I advised the group that I would find another place to dine if I had to do it again and they agreed with me and departed.I had already paid for my food. When my order was ready the food was cold. I was very disappointed at the level of service and sanitary conditions.I made a stop at the men's restroom on the way out, and I was shocked at what I saw. I am unsure as to how long it had been since the restroom was cleaned.The entire restaurant was a disgrace. I think that the health department would shut this place down quickly if they inspected it.Very disappointed that one of my favorite restaurant chains has a facility like this one. I will not do business with this location again."

"My daughter and I happened upon Dawn 's on our way home from a girls trip to OKC. The two ladies working were AMAZING!!! They have the perfect mixture of sarcasm and fun!!! We LOVED them. The food was awesome and the atmosphere will take you back to the good 'ol days!!! Thank you ladies for a great experience!"

"We were here several times and even ordered pickup. It is always great!!! They are proud of their food and for good reason! We have a family of seven, and some of the teenagers are picky food. But they always manage to find something that suits them and that makes me happy! It is always clean, the staff is always very nice, and they have several cabins that have a socket next to the table. I mix my food, so it's nice to sit and mix my food to the table instead of mixing it on the counter or on a random wall. Thank you. Bob for us a great place to eat in McAlester!!!"

"The garbage you are serving people is sad. I get the extra cheese pizza and I can see the sauce through the top of the pizza. It isn't cut. And it is burnt. It should be embarrassing to serve ANYONE food like that"

"Clean and well-stocked. I gave it 3 stars because most of the casey's I have been too are in Iowa. The pizza and donuts here don't taste the same as the Iowa ones. The pizza I have had here is more greasy and the donuts more dense-tasting to me."
