"Wish I could give them 0 stars. We’ve been here a couple times. They’ve gotten our order wrong every time. This was the last time I will be going there. Went in the drive thru they got our order wrong again. When I went to get the order corrected I didn’t have a receipt and they would not remake my order even though I had the incorrect food with me. Finally they found the receipt and they had input the wrong food and would not remake my food without me paying the difference. When they went to charge me they charged the full amount and I had to help them DO THE MATH. The food was made incorrectly again and I just left. Will not be going to backyard taco after their horrible customer service ever again."

"What a horrible Rubios. Kids in the back blasting music. All 4 of our 5 orders were wrong. We ate at the restaurant and watched every other patron have their oder given to them wrong or wait forever to be served. We asked the cashier where the manager was and was told the manager left an hour ago. Portions were small and restaurant was filthy like other reviews have stated. People, stop coming here. This place doesn't deserve to be in business. They are giving Rubios a bad name."

"I've been here before. I've never had my orders messed up. if they are busy, it can wait a bit until their number is called, but that comes with healthy sense. the salsa bar is good and it's all they can eat (they have to buy chips) the device was clean, in the time I was. I have noticed that they dogs on the terrace only fall (I think in) it is quite loud there when busy and not sitting enough inside. look at the place!"

"I've been coming here for over a month and I have yet to try anything I didn't like. I never expected a coffee shop to have much to offer for breakfast beyond a decent pastry or two, however I was pleasantly suprised with their breakfast burritos. The fillings are seasoned so well! Their gluten items are delicious, especially thier pumpkin breakfast bars. I always show up right when they open and the staff is wide awake and friendly every time. Such a wonderful experiance!"

"This is my favorite Mexican food in AZ. The Pollo Fundido is my favorite. Everything I’ve ever gotten has been amazing. This is a step above Filibertos and Burrito Express in cleanliness and quality. I don’t care about family style authentic Mexican ambiance, especially if the food isn’t great. Unfortunately, in my experience the more they invest in decorations the less they invest in food quality. Some Burros finds the perfect balance."

"A Machaca-Rind office ordered, asked her to add cheese and guacamole with which they had no problem. everything was fresh, the meat bark was moist (not dry as a bone like many places) really enjoyed!"
