"That was a thing. here ordered a series of times and had questionable problems mild food disease, but never knew exactly where it came from. yesterday I ordered the special 1 and the combination burrito aka grundbeef had raw meat in it, a piece the size of a small meatball. see photos. absolutely unacceptable. now it is sick with obvious food poisoning, 18 hours later. I didn't eat all the burrito when I saw the raw part after I had 1 3 of it. big, not order here. Serious customer service too, will not help with a refund and super rude at the phone when I called. be warned."

"El jalapeño is a great Mexican restaurant. your food and service is excellent. the many choices on the menu offer you the opportunity to experience the Mexican food culture. the prices are appropriate for the amount of food that is served. her menu item is the upper notch. I had to take off 1 star because they're gonna take the check at the end. the waiters write on what they ordered at the check, and they take it up to the register to pay. the person in the register enters the amount on the basis of the written order. on this way a fault was caused in a charge. I was overloaded for the nachos I ordered, but only the next day when I was reconciled with my intervention, I did not notice. I did not call them to fix the situation, but when I return, I will make sure that the price on the menu is shown, the price I am charged and I think everyone who goes there should do the same."
