"After seeing so many positive reviews about this place I was excited to try it. I order a cheeseburger with bacon, cali burger, onion rings, fries and honey chipotle wings. My delivery came and I got a hamburger with a drenched swished bun..no bacon no cheese, cali burger consisted of a quarter inch of avocado, bacon, non existent cheese and soggy swishy bun, wing tasted good according to my son but barely no meat and no fries. I called to ask for our fry and was told I could get a poutine on my next order. I said no...I have a family to feed and already paid, I had to insist on getting fries sent out. I told her about there being no cheese or bacon on our cheese and bacon burger all she said was uh huh and I told her the Cali burger didn't came with no condiments and a flake of avocado and she said uh huh. I feel like I got so screwed over. I spent $50 expecting an elevated burger and got half of my order, tasteless meat and rude customer service. I hope for their sake this was just a bad day."
