"Food was good and the server was decent. Customer service on the other hand was atrocious. I order 2 meals to go. One of the meals was missing both sides so I called the store to see if I could come get them replaced. Lady that answered said she needed to get her manager and put me on hold, I waited on hold for 21 min (and ate my entire meal) before giving up and hanging up. I understand mistakes happen but that was rude and unacceptable"

"Love the food here. We always get the steak street tacos and chips with salsa to go. The food is always ready fast and we always get hooked up! Ask for the green hot sauce. It has the perfect amount of flavor and heat! I dip my tacos in that sauce. Taco Tuesday has never been better! We have eaten in a couple times and the service was pretty good. The workers are very friendly and attentive. It's never really busy when I go inside, but don't let that fool you. This is one of the better Mexican food restaurants around this area."

"As always our meal was fantastic. El Tipico is one of the best restaurants in Toledo.My wife and I have been coming for five years and we love it. There are few restaurants around that use ingredients that are as fresh and of the quality that they use. It really makes a difference.I think the ET nachos are the best appetizer I've ever had and we always get them.The food always comes out prepared to perfection and very hot. I love the family history on the walls. Its a great dining experience.Our server was great. She was a very memorable person and she has been our server most of the times we have come in. We were happy to see her last night.Your restaurant is an absolute local treasure. Thank you"
