"I'm from the east coast and I don't have Del Taco there, so when I saw the shield, I had to stop. That says something, because we also don't have in-N-Out and I chose Del Taco on In-N-Out, my two favorite west coast chains. The experience was not disappointed! The food had arrived so fresh and very fast! It was so good that I had to go again the next day!"

"I brought my parents to the Mother's Day brunch. Once we set ourselves, we realized that there were many angry customers. Apparently, people have been waiting for their food for more than 45 minutes. The manager and the rest of the staff looked stressed out and the kitchen looked chaotic. After 15 minutes waiting, the server came and took our commands. It took about 30 minutes for the first order that Cajun Fried was Chicken and Waffle. The rest of the order has not occurred at all. After another 45 minutes to wait and see that people who came later when we had their food came past our server and apologised that some of our orders never made it to the kitchen. Because we had to go for a flight, we cancelled the rest of the orders and asked for the invoice. Needless to say that they give us the full price for drinks and chicken waffles. I'm not one who writes bad reviews, but my mother's lunch was ruined to say the least. And just to make sure we never return, they charge us for drinks and food. With such a stiff competition in Toronto, I will be surprised to see this place last more than a month. You have a big management problem and I'm afraid only Gordon Ramsey can save her"

"The decor is quite neat. Although is a tapas restaurant, most of the food is not Spanish. It is a mix between Mexican food in tapas or entrees Manchego cheese (probably the only Spanish item). The food was good. Service was slow as written by others. If you are in no rush, just want to socialize and drink with occasional movement of food, then is ok. I would recommend to order your drinks and first round of tapas so you are not left waiting. BTW, the place was empty when we were there..."

"Enchiladas were amazing – a fresh tomatillo sauce. ask for the house Habanero sauce – amulsify! my tanten had both the shrimp taco plate and my man had the chorizo taco special. everything was so fresh! we're coming back!"

"Elife restaurant in district heights, md is nationally known for their signature dish, the original vegan mac N’ cheese, and for their Sunday vegan soul brunch! their crooked greens, ziti, spinach casrole, black eyes drown, cornbread, vegan popcorn, thunfish, chopped chicken, sweet n’. natural sweet potato cake and other dishes too many to mention are absolutely fantastic! Beyond that, the selection is incredibly wide and the service is really excellent! it is my hearty conviction that elife restaurant is one of the best in the nation! greg Anderson"
