"My experiences with this place are mostly good. Every single time I've gone, the staff is pretty young but they seem to be quite mature and decently hard workers. Even when I went in and their cash register was not taking credit cards, this one young lady was calculating all the prices and tax on paper and keeping records of everything in order to get people back their cash properly. That's a skill I thought went out 20 years ago. It's usually pretty good food but sometimes I think they just leave it out way too long. I've had a couple of incidents where the meat is extremely chewy or the cheese is just smelling kind of bad or the lettuce is all will be limpy. So I think they could try to change out the food a little more often and not leave it all day. Lastly their stores usually pretty clean as far as the counters and the tables. But the floor is always always absolutely always sticky and gross. I'm not sure they have ever mopped since the store opened up. So all in all a pretty good place. Mop the floor once in awhile (this coming from somebody who's not a neat freak at all) and make sure especially with the meats and the cheese they are changed out more than once a day because they get pretty nasty."

"The PUFFY TACOS are amazing!! And I could have 2 chicken, 1 beef. Sat on the patio, which is nice and they have a lot of booths inside we sometimes sit at too. Great service from Tara too!"

"Just threw out my carry out of beef tacos. There was so much grease there was a puddle in the bottom of the carry out bowl and the flour shells were all orange from the grease. Tried it once. Won?t try it again"

"I feel compelled to leave a review here since we are headed out to Loco for dinner in just a few. We are consistent customers. (Or were, before we moved over a half hour away) but we try to frequent when we can! Their prices have went up, yes. So haveyour groceries. So has your fuel. Remember that these places are now paying WAY more for labor because that?s what everyonewanted in order to work! Our new local taco place is the exact same price for my meal, it?s not quite as good, there is NObaskets of chips and salsa. Everyone loves sagebrush.. same thing with prices. Taco loco is very fair priced considering any oftheir competition. (Taco Bell is not loco competition) Their salsa is fresh, made daily, and delicious. Same with their chips.I?ll gladly pay for an extra few baskets. Sometimes service can be off. But guess what? Some *most* of this waitstaff is overworked. Do you have someone who needs a job? Maybe suggest working and helping out the over worked staff! People are real quickto complain without understanding the dynamics of our world have been upside down for three years now. Is it cheap? Nope. Isthe food quality? Yes. Is the staff friendly? Yes. Are you supporting a small business and their families? Also yes. Oh, but mymain reason for this was.. their margaritas are da best!"
