"I had a reservation for two for a birthday breakfast, confirmed by open table for Saturday Marz in imagine the embarrassment when we arrived to find the restaurant closed! no lighter, no host, no server. I called the restaurant later the day to find out what had happened and was told that this was happening all the time; we have changed our hours, but they can still book a table on the website." I asked for the general manager and was told (above) that he would be later and call me back. it's days ago and I wasn't contacted. this is a real scandal, as we visited reservations for the first time in the last month and the restaurant was open) and had a really great experience. I told several friends of primetime after the last visit, but they can be sure that I call them and tell them they won't leave."

"Food was great, ate at bonefish grill the other day and had the best service I have had at a restaurant in a long time. Servers name was Josh. He was the best server I’ve had while eating out in the Weston area. Will definitely come back for the food and will absolutely recommend josh to friends and family."

"Food overall was flavorful but their picadillo is turkey (which didn't specify, normally is ground beef). Horrible customer service. We tried calling the restaurant and they wouldn't answer the phone and mailbox is full and wouldn't take any messages. This is very upsetting so my review is one star. I do not plan to return again due to the bad service they provide."

"I violated my normal rule to stick to what the restaurant specializes in (i.e., don't order seafood at a steakhouse and don't order steak at a seafood place). Instead of getting grilled mahi mahi or Chilean sea bass, I went with the filet mignon. I asked for medium rare and got medium well. Fail. The service, as usual, was excellent and I normally love coming here, but I'll be sticking with the seafood if and when I come back."

"Ordered noodles with beef. The beef had almost unbearable amount of salt in it. Salmon with rice had a ridiculously salty sauce. Since the sauce was concentrated more on the bottom of the plate, the lower third of the dish was uneatable."

"Absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in. The decor is simply perfect-from the paint color to the chairs to the dishes. The drinks are out of this world-I felt like I was back in Paris. The food was incredible and the server was great. Very kind and attentive but over bearing. I can’t wait to go back in 3 days!!!"
