"Overall, 4 stars. The venue has a beautiful decore. The blue really compliments the dark hardwood tables. Service was great. I was greeted promptly at the door. The dining hall is well maintained and clean. The staff was extremely friendly! The food was a major improvement since my last visit. The rice really complemented the dish. The refried beans seem to be missing something I am just not sure what. The chicken chimichanga was good, but could be elevated a bit. It seemed rather dull, but a simi balanced flavor the sour cream and guacamole really complimented the chicken, added to the texture and umami of the dish. I think what was missing was the sweet and sour components of the dish. Now for the finally, the chocolate cake. Was one of the best I ever had. It was well balanced! Not overly sweet or bitter. It was light and creamy. The fluffiness of the cake was super. I am happy they have gotten rid of the dated colored plates. Having the white ovels really helps to showcase the food. Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience, and I definitely can wait to see what will come!! Great work Matador Team! 4 out of 5 stars"

"Great authentic Mexican food, old fashion service. Family owned and operated. The food is always consistently great flavor and service is fast. Nice large servings. Plenty of room for large events or gathering. Recommended to us by Angel and Lisa Torres."

"The tamales are exceptional. Also the green mild salsa is good too. Both the chicken and pork tamales very meaty and tasty. If you want ground beef, all you have to do is call and place a special order. The couple that runs and owns the place are so sweet, honest and friendly. I highly recommend Mi Casa es Su Casa."
