"The food was delicious and the entertainment was outstanding. Our server was did an excellent job and I believe her name was Lexie. So many people were dressed like they were on a picnic. Would be nice to see a higher dress code and strictly enforced."

"Apparently this place has been very understaffed for a while. During our visit (almost 6pm on a Saturday) there was only one person hosting/serving and based on reviews from almost a year ago this was the case then. I felt bad for this individual because they could not keep up with everyone and even had a group end up leaving because it took too long to seat them (they were nice about it though). It took almost half an hour for us to get drinks. I was pretty disappointed in the “baked” spaghetti and my nephew got chicken strips and I was very surprised that they were just chicken cutlets sliced into pieces. I honestly would not recommend coming here based on the lack of staff and unimpressive food."

"Nice atmosphere, but not worth the price of dinner. The Appetizer came out cold. Return it for a 20 seconds microwave. Main course 1/2lb cheese burger was also cold. The catfish of the woman was also cool and at the end of her one fillet was a bit muddy for my pleasure. A total of 3 for food and 3 for service. Make better people to keep you a reputation."

"Absolutely love this restaurant, the foods fantastic and the people are even better. Great place to eat lunch or dinner, even to get some drinks. Every time someone ask me where I'd like to eat El Jimador is my first pick."

"Drive through a Bourbon cruise and found this amazing jewel along 31. If you are nearby or not, you should stop it a point here for a bite. Had the pulled pork sandwich, with Bourbon baby carrots, green beans and sweet tea. All of it delivered maximum taste and cooked perfectly and freshly made to order. Billiard tables and darts make this a great place to check!"

"Like many Mexican restaurants, as I am often, it becomes difficult to exclude one as the best or worst. La Herradura is an exception in the sense that it is unforgettable for many reasons. At first they have a menu with a variety of meals to choose and the service was fast and friendly, even considering how busy they were. Secondly, how fast we were still sitting considering the capacity of other customers. I highly recommend La Herradura if you are looking for great Mexican cuisine with tons of options."

"No other restaurant in Bardstown comes as close to perfection as this oasis. The staff is great and very friendly. The food is incredibly delicious; large portions, excellent prices, I was never disappointed by everything I ordered. Ask for Fernando and enjoy your alcohol! If you live near it and have never tried to waste your freedoms as Americans."
