"Decent neighbourhood Italian gelateria. Not expensive. Better than anything around the area (Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush, Brook Green). Can you find better? Well, yes in S Kensington or in Chiswick or Westfield. and at a higher cost. Would I come back? Definitely. I would also encourage...people to leave the busy high street and walk up Hammersmith Grove to get some. It is worth that journey."

"We stayed at the millennium hotel and had breakfast here. The selection was the typical hotel mix of continental and cooked items. The quality of the food was average at best. I ordered poached eggs because the fried eggs on offer were very overcooked. The poached eggs were fine. The bacon was too fatty. The sausages were OK but a bit tasteless. Had the breakfast not been included in the room price I would have been annoyed to pay the asking price given the quantity of and quality of other establishments locally."

"After an exhausting nine, foodless hours attending to a family member in hospital, I wandered down the Fulham Road like a bedraggled rat in search of shelter. I found a warm and delicious welcome in Mandaloun. The staff was so caring and kind. The food...was so delicious and comforting. You never know the story of your clients. Some may arrive after days like mine. I am so grateful for Mandaloun being what a “restaurant” really means a place of restoration. Thank you!"

"I really wanted to love all the food I got as we had traveled from Lewisham to get there. So was very disappointed on the mediocrity of food, despite the very kind woman (manager? All the food I had was so bland: the smoked aubergine and the Fesenjan. But big portions so good value for the price, I guess? We got boxes for takeaway. My husband had a chicken and saffron rice (which I wish mine came with rather than white basmati rice with some saffron rice sprinkled atop , with red berries sprinkled atop. He also got a side order of the yogurt and garlic sauce which was quite tasty. His verdict: nothing to write home about but good enough. I ended up getting a side order of berries as well as mine was so bland (the Fesenjan sauce was practically flavourless . My husband enjoyed the tea and baklava it definitely doesn’t taste like the standard baklava which I enjoy more, as there’s more of a rosewater flavour. Like I said, the server was so motherly I hate leaving a mediocre review. I’ve just had much tastier Persian food elsewhere."
