"I just generally don't eat fast food these days except in a pinch. But when I find myself in the position to need to grab something, I'm usually happy to go here. I opt for grilled nuggets as a slightly healthier option and unsweetened tea. Of all the locations I've ever been to though, this particular franchise has some of the most polite and friendly staff. I do genuinely appreciate that their demeanor is always amazing regardless of the day."

"Absolutely a must stop when visiting or passing through Manhattan! Service is great with the staff always welcoming and friendly. It can get pretty busy in the mornings from when they open to about 1000 hours. Food options are great for both breakfast and brunch. Coffee is amazing quality (I would recommend the Polar Cappuccino). Honestly the best part about all of this, for the price you pay, you get better quality and taste for your money versus large chain coffee shops,"

"Arrow is one of my favorite coffee shops. They have excellent beverages and really good food options. I'm never disappointed and have been going to Arrow for seven or eight years now. I think it's really special how much they care about the community by using local products (Hildebrand milk) when possible, giving back and being thoughtful about our planet by offering glass takeout jars. It's really the small details that matter and I'm always impressed by their innovation and creativity."

"We stop here at least once whenever we are in Manhattan. Their breakfast burrito is delicious and filling. I've also had the breakfast sandwiches and they are really good also. My go to drink is a hot Earl grey tea made with coconut milk. Absolutely delicious!! They seem to be perpetually understaffed so the wait can be long, but I think it's worth it for the high quality food!"

"The food was so delicous! we have the vegan meatballs (they tasted almost like risottoballs,) brussell sprouts and mac and cheese. everything was very delicious comfort food. a little overpriced, but I think this is standard for new York food."
