"I'm not very good at making burgers, because I'm busy during the daytime. I wouldn't say the store is large, but it's bustling and lively at lunchtime, so I'm a little disappointed when I open the bag when I'm eating, so I want you to do your best. The inside of the store is not large, but it is lively at lunch time, so if you open the bag when you eat it, you will get a little bit more."

"Amazing food and service. The Sanko set was about $20 AUD for a generous selection of local dishes. Everything was delicious. There is a free self service station for soda, tea, water and miso soup. Best bang for buck eat in Otaru."

"You can try the ¥500 very rich green tea ice cream soft serve. It is good but quite pricey and small. There are many places along the Main Street that sells soft serve but this seems to be the best! Worth a try but nothing really memorable to remember of. Perfect for summer."

"Just had beer here as we wanted to sit outside by the canal and they only allow drinks and no food on the canal tables. They also would not allow us to order a pretzel to take home with us. Staff were unfriendly. Not so impressed. The beer is good but expensive compared to local standards."

"The accommodation was just perfect for our family group, everything was completely clean and the hotel design was beautiful. Something especially good was the hotel restaurant; the service was very friendly and timely, the design of the restaurant like that of the rest of the hotel is very relaxing and elegant. We Loved have an special High tea style breakfast, everything was delicious. I totally recommend take your time and enjoy the hotel breakfast."
