"My man and I were here for our date night. we ordered a pepperoni and the meat lovers roll for our dinner. we also had their garlic knots and my man ordered a whisky (high west, neat) what a disappointment. eating looked really good when it was brought out, but it certainly didn't taste good. the food was dirty. the garlic knots hardly had a garlic taste, they reminded me of butter rolls. there were literally zero Italian seasoned in red sauce, calzone and meat roll. I've never been to an Italian restaurant that had no season in it. we couldn't even force ourselves to eat half of it and we were hungry! we went to another restaurant. our server, randy, was very nice."

"Sometimes the Gator has to leave the coast. Today we have dared the country for another extraordinary lunch at the Woodpeckers Backyard BBQ. Wasn't our first time here and won't be our last. Mrs. Gator had Ribs, Sausage, Mac Cheese and Cole Slav. I just went to Ribs, Baker and Cole Slaw. Both lunches came with plenty of butter Texas toast and we both have a linen of Sweet Tea. If you are looking for BBQ, put this place on your Go To List! It is always worth the around 140 miles round trip for us;"

"Wonderful mom and pop joint.A great way to beat the chain shops. Great flavors and a menu with variety really make this a must visit place.The fried plantains and corn cakes are the biggest hits!My only complaint is that everything is just a little saucy/wet. Normally, I can be okay with that but the sauces are also a bit sweet. This overwhelms the taste buds a little. A fish or shrimp taco should not really be dripping sweet sauce."
