"This hopping place is so over the top noisy that it's almost painful. The clear station is next to the bar so the clatter of plates is always heard .The music is ramped so high, we were literally screaming across the table to converse. The food is good but way too expensive for what it is and they usually run out of items that you would generally go for. I guess this is a place to be seen...at a hefty price."

"Been coming here for years and that’s saying something !!! Would come here with my wife for lunch and also with workmates. Glad they remained open during COVID and especially being able to survive that period. This is a family owned business and hosts are very welcoming. I seem to always get the usual and get something different occasionally. This time we ordered the: Sashimi plate Rock and roll Spicy crunch salmon Avocado roll Mimosa (fried roll) -plus Hot tea is included Would recommend you try this place out. They are inside Westmount square foot court and are only open during the day until 6pm."

"Firstly, I have been coming regularly to this Gentile location since it opened and have always had a pleasant experience. The food/drinks are amazing as well as the service. However, today I went during lunchtime to order a salad for takeout. After 15 minutes passed,...I got up from the bar to politely ask one of the baristas the status of my order. (shorter guy, thin, dark hair, tan skin). He said it will be ready soon. He comes back 3 minutes later and tells me the same thing, so I told him nearly 20 minutes has passed and I just wanted to know how much longer it will be since I had to get back to work. I have done takeout several times and it never took this long, especially for one salad. He rudely replied that it has only been 12 minutes and claimed he knows exactly what time I ordered. Two minutes later, he comes back with my food and waves the bill right in my face claiming that it has not been 20 minutes and pointing with his finger at the alleged time I ordered my food... it had been 18 minutes. This type of service is not expected at an establishment where I am paying $20+ for a salad.. I remained polite despite his snarky and smart-ass attitude. My colleagues, friends and I are regulars and will still give this location a chance based on our other experiences being great. But please take note for the sake of your other clients that this type of unprovoked behaviour towards clientele in such an establishment is NOT acceptable."

"Great food and a very good option for vegans. I mostly go with their rice, falafel, potatoes, beans salad and hummus three or four of these and it has been great. Their choice of three box is good enough if you are moderately...hungry. At the end of the counter, they also keep mint tea which is great as well. The staff is good and friendly. The service is quick, without any hassles"

"Fish Department has organic salmon, call ahead to secure a cut. It has free indoor parking which is fantastic during winter months. It has a variety of goods. On the pricey side yet service is there to support you. Good selection of prepared foods and sandwiches, for busy days."
