"Really wanted to love this place but it fell short for me. The prices are phenomenal. I paid 45 dollars for 7 rolls including special rolls. The staff was also super friendly over the phone and at pick up. However, the sushi wasn't that great. Didn't leave me wanting to come back for more. To start, the rolls are tiny. There's not much rice to them. I found that two of my seven rolls had harder rice, which wasn't to appetizing. The other five rolls with softer rice were better. Overall it's fine to try if you're on a budget. But it wouldn't be a place I go to regularly. I rather pay a little more to get bigger rolls with more rice &fresh rice)."

"Good quality sushi. Novi and west Bloomfield has a lot of good sushi places so I am not surprised. I really like their udon. The stock is simple and clean. Feels like they really take their time to boil the stock instead of tasting like instant ramen packets like some other Japanese restaurants.In the same area, I think they are better than Kabuki. Menu not as big but food taste better an they have TV"

"Delicious Japanese bar food with a great bar like atmosphere. I absolutely love the seared steak. It is always seared just perfectly, with a raw middle portion. A bit expensive overall, but there's a lush variety of options to choose from. The chicken yakatori is quite delicious as well, especially with extra sauce. I enjoy the kimchi stew quite a bit as well. Perfect balance of spice and sweetness. Overall definitely recommend!"

"Avocado cucumber roll was great! Good flavor for the sushi rice, fresh produce, thin slices of cucumber which is easier. Included wayyy too much wasabi though. The miso soup broth itself was hot and really well flavored, the seaweed was good but there wasnt much of it, same for the tofu and the pieces were tiny. Hard to tell if it was the pre-made stuff you add or fresh but it was good. I would like more seaweed and larger pieces of tofu but otherwise I would still get again! The cucumber salad was missing, so I couldnt review that, but my guess is its the classic with the sushi vinegar dressing and crab stick? Not sure."
