"11 of us for birthday Sunday dinner. the food was delicious and inventive, huge portions and every amount of choice. everything was served hot, which is not a common offer when they are catering for large pieces. service was very friendly and accommodating, without being intrusive. that could not blame!"

"Decided to go the day before and so I booked. the first thing to say is the parking lot is a total nightmare, it is just a question of the drive around until they find a place, near parking is just an hour. quirky small restaurant with a beautiful varied lunch menu and gentle tasteful decor. starter was a delicious smoked salmon, avocado and artichoke with crumbs and a lemon dressing. the main was an absolutely delicious roasted beef in ingwer with spring onions and beautifully cooked and presented sweet. dessert was a dark chocolate and cherry moist cake with camouflaged cream, which was beautiful but not sensational. the waiting staff was very helpful at any time. the presentation is excellent and the aromes are refined. toilet clean and well presented. easy drive next to my place otherwise really worth the 120 miles round trip"

"Have both today a large tray of fish pie. Presented really nice but after taking it out of the oven felt really disappointed. Fish pie cost £11 . It was hard to find a piece of fish! Few pieces of garden peas That’s all! Would not go for it again. As I said very disappointing experience!!! "Found this on Tripadvisor, and also a 5 minute walk from the Premier Inn where we were staying. Initial impressions might be off putting as the main restaurant is upstairs and just a small bar area is visible from the street. Stick with it, the welcome is warm, and the food and service are outstanding. As advertised, this is very authentic, run by Italians, in case of the server owner? from Calabria. We had three courses, meat and cheese etc sharing platter, then venison ragu and fresh pappardelle pasta, then desserts. Homemade and very delicious food. All this plus a bottle of Montepulchiano and one grappa for a very reasonable price £93 for two . It was a wet Tuesday evening but the place still had plenty of customers. Very happy with this find and would definitely go back."

"Well made korean cowgirl! your meat festival was not disappointed as Valentine's Day. great attentive staff, a playlist that has not jumped to the romantic classics (wham and aerosmith some higjlights) and as always eating was exemplary. every single element was delicious, and they didn't even judge us for the order of milkshakes with desert, thank you for a beautiful evening!"

"Tasty Asian meals prices are very sensible. Travelled from Canterbury and was not disappointed. We had to wait and walk around the town because we did not have a reservation but they called us back in less than 30 minutes."

"I cannot recommend this place enough. We’ve been here a few times recently. Every time , the food has been out of this world and the staff have been super friendly . The portion size is generous and the quality is exceptional. The seafood platter is delicious , fish and chips ‘delicious’ and I can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu! Look forward to our next visit"
