"Had lunch here on the of April were given the menu's which had lunch menu on one side and mains on the other side .The lunch menu had no prices so we're shocked to receive a bill and be charged for a burger...and for an average fish and chips and for pieces of goats cheese bruschetta which had virtually no goats cheese. I paid the bill without question as we were having a nice time with family but on reflection realised that we had paid way too much for what we were served"

"I was visiting my son in Sydney and stayed in Collaroy for a 3 week period. Looking for a nearby restaurant I found ZEST in an unassuming building and area just up the road from my apartment. Eating there for 5 nights in a row...it was difficult to move through the menu as everything I tried had to beat their sizzling Angry seafood . Service was quick polite and effective watrons being fully aware of ones needs before one asked. The surroundings look a little tired but the food and experience is a culinary delight Oh I only tried food with reasonable chilli content and was absolutely delighted of the retention of full flavour but with a decent amount of tasty heat."

"This place is great. Excellent food, service and beer. It’s a very authentic izakaya experience. We didn’t try the sushi or sashimi, but we ordered many other things from the menu and they were all delicious. If only there were more Japanese restaurants like this in Sydney. Thumbs up from me."
