"Me and my girlfriend decided to stop at Isot for dinner after a long day at the Winterfest at Dilworth park. Turkish Mediterranean cuisine is definitely different for us, but we love trying new places and were both extremely glad we picked Isot! The food was absolutely fantastic! For anyone not familiar with the type of cuisine, the preparation and spicing is completely different than American or Italian. Everything tasted extremely fresh. We shared the Manti (spicy Turkish dumplings) along with a Mixed Platter consisting of an array of meats, veggies, and couscous. After dinner we split the baklava based on our server's recommendation, and I can definitely say it was the best baklava I've ever had! Overall, we were beyond impressed with how delicious everything tasted, along with the excellent service by our waitor. We will absolutely be returning."

"I love Rick's! I was there several times. The ribs are fantastic! The best I ever had in a restaurant. I also visited a private party there that was great. For dessert, I recommend the cheese cake. You can't go wrong here."

"I have recently moved to Swindon from London and was trying to find a place to take my wife for her birthday. my expectations was close to find dinning and I can assure you that Bassett down turned out to be an excellent choice. I was a little doubtful with my previous outings in Swindon as none of the restaurants you'd exactly call fine Dine. I was wrong and the whole evening was a pleasant experience and I'd already recommended to my friends and family here. We went on a Friday evening 6pm ish and the place was relatively quiet, could have been January blues. Design of the restaurant it self is contemporary. At the door greeted by a member of staff (I think his name is Dan) and was shown our reserved table. He was very attentive throughout the evening , very chatty at the end and helpful with the menu when needed. Dan is a top chap in my opinion. Food was very good, I had Lamb which melted like butter in my mouth . My partner had Sea bass, again tasted very good. Definitely try the rice fritters with peanut sauce, don't expect the calamari to be heavily coated and sticky toffee for dessert was sublime. My wife was pleasantly surprised to see her dessert with a candle on it and written Happy birthday. We had 3 course meal with a drink each and it was just over £80. Which I find it a bargain given the nature of the food, service and ambience. Parking was plentiful. All in all this was a fantastic place and I have found somewhere I could take guests when they visit Swindon, if they wanna go somewhere different to Greggs or Mcdonalds."

"Large view of the ocean on a beautiful sunny day, sitting outside the sun and watching the whales spouts, worth 20 minutes by car from Carmel. Food was average for a local restaurant by the sea (Haben Crab Salad Sliders, Prime Rib Sandwich . The waiter could not get the children directly burgers, always come up with other things that the child did not win after him (a pimp touches it, I cannot eat it! There was a sign in the lobby saying that they did not serve cocktails until after 17:00, which seemed strange for a place that drinks with a view much better than their food."
