"My wife and I had dinner last night. It was my first time, and her second time. I had the Shrimp Fried Rice, and it was the best I’ve had since I was in Hong Kong in 1969! My wife had Pad Thai, and loved it. We had the Calamari appetizer, and it was really good also. The staff was very friendly, and provided excellent service. We only get to Anchorage a few times a year, but this is one more restaurant to add to our list. We will be back."

"Delicious in every way! Vietnamese food that actually has flavor! Oh goodness and their fried rice with curry is divine. Never really had a favorite place but now I do. Staff on duty, when we went in, were so friendly and so welcoming even my teenager was impressed (this says a lot). The place settings are cozy and the servings are generous. I recommend Ray's place to anyone and everyone!"

"My food was sitting on the window minutes before they brought it to me, it wasn't warm at that point. They remade it and it was tasty but it took minutes between ordering and getting warm food. My friend ordered and said no peanuts because she has a family member with allergies and wanted to share the leftovers. We saw the server pushing something from her plate into the trash before bringing her plate out and when I asked about it they said they forgot and put peanuts on but scraped them off. If I didn't notice and ask then her family member would have had a bad reaction. The food was good and the server was friendly but the service overall was concerning."

"The food is great, and the dining experience is top-notch. A great selection of drinks, to include Korean Soju which is difficult to find elsewhere.After dinner, step next door for some Cold stone ice cream!Features: The number of tables has been decreased to support social distancing, and screens between tables add to separation. Currently, as of April 12, the revolving sushi bar is not in operation. They still offer full menu service, and all food is prepared at the time of your order.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and Vegan diets are supported.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome, and menu items for the youngsters are available.Parking: Large shared lot in the front.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs, isles are wide, and servers make room for the disabled at the tables.Dietary restrictions: The cooks are happy to assist customers in avoiding allergic items, etc."

"The worst food I've ever had. My wife had a noodle dish and it was slimy...I didn't know that was possible. The table was sticky and gross. We had to use a highchair and it looked like it had never been cleaned. As soon as we sat down we knew it wasn't gonna be good, but we were the only ones in the restaurant. We stayed and was 100g disappointed"

"We go to Siam Cuisine every time we visit Anchorage. Sometimes twice! We've never visited Anchorage ONLY to go to Siam Cuisine, but it's been considered. My in-laws have been eating at Siam Cuisine around 30 years, so they're like family of the owners andoperators. They usually get freebies. Today was wonderful as usual. Excellent fresh spring rolls, great Tom Kar, deliciouscurry, and tasty noodles. Pretty good service too. Thanks, Belle!"
