"The waitress gave me an inappropriate change to my ticket and shortened me! she took care of more socialization than control over us. Even after we told a manager about the bland and old eating. the only reason why we gave two stars is because the flowers wings and pommes were edible. then they were out of the desert we wanted, the whole manager did for our bad experience was offering me another menu item. don't waste your time or your money!"

"Been going here for years on our anniversary. This year, the presentation of the signature, filet oscar, was plain and basic. Overall, the food was good, but our waitress was less than attentive and basically non-existent. We were a little disappointed and will consider another option for our special occasion. Spending $200+ for a meal one would expect quality in all areas."

"If the service had been better, 5 would have given him. I don't appreciate being ignored or not respected in a facility where I spend my hard-earned money. Somehow this place succeeds in both. Well, to begin and my friend had ordered our food and drinks before a table of five a few minutes later arrived and sitting next to us, but some as they get their drinks and food at least 30 minutes before our order) arrived, besides mildly about this the food and atmosphere with the lake view was incredible. I'm not discouraging you going could have been just a mix for me to eat other than this good place and they have a park for the kids to play."

"I came to Grille 401 on whim after I had tried other restaurants owned and operated by Rainmaker (Pinon Grill and Brimstone) and boy am I glad I did. I ordered the Osaka Style Pressed Sushi as I had never heard of anything like it as well as the Chilled Jumbo Shrimp Spring Rolls. The sushi was great, better than any I have had from traditional sushi joints and the spring rolls were phenomenal. I am not sure what is in that Nuoc Cham dipping sauce, but man does it hit the spot! The sushi and apps were amazing and I cannot wait to come back and enjoy some of the entrees. I usually don’t eat at a restaurant I’m not familiar with but I guess from now on I’ll be more trusting of my insticts."
