"My friends and I just had the most amazing dinner here celebrating a couple of birthdays. We had a slight mix up with the order, but our server, Olivia, was extremely generous and made us feel so welcomed! As well, the manager, Ashley, personally came around to make sure we were well taken care of. On top of the wonderful service, the food was amazing, very excited to eat my leftovers. If we lived in Chicago we would definitely come back regularly!Dietary restrictions: very accommodating with the chicken entrée not coming fried, instead grilled."

"The Italian food was a bit too creative for us. Minimal selection. The Scallops appetizer was very tasty, but small. The pasta was under-cooked, unless that is what the chef is going for. The Veal chop was good, flavorful, but small, and a bit fatty. The banana dessert was lost on us. Unusual presentation, and we did not enjoy the taste combination. Wine list is extensive, but pricey. Service stood out, as it was attentive and friendly. Nice window view. I am sure a more sophisticated palate may appreciate the cuisine."

"Great family style restaurant. Tables were a bit close but manageable. All the usual suspects in the menu of American-Italian favorites. Good service. Food was uneven. Large portions meant for sharing. I would describe the food as comfort food. Special risotto was way too salty. When we informed the waiter, the manager came over and immediately took it off the bill which was greatly appreciated since it was not edible. Really enjoyed the eggplant stack and mussels appetizer. Attentive service."
