"Hot Smoothies and Rotting Salads. My customer service experience was painful. A quarter of my spinach salad was decomposing spinach. They were out of 1 out of the 4 ingredients to make the salad to begin with. They cleaned the juicer half an hour before close and wouldn't make any juices but I went with the flow and asked them to make me a smoothie with the same juice ingredients. When I walked out and tasted the smoothie they were WARM (probably from all the blending and not putting any cold ingredients in). And total was over $50 for two salads and smoothies. If I wasn't delirious from a 11 hour flight I would have walked out earlier or drove back and complained. Criminal."
