"I am an avid fresh cut fry lover. Growing up my dad would always take me to a local chip truck or if shopping, New York Fries. I thought New York Fries could not do any wrong. That was until my visit to Aberdeen Mall where I indulged in a late afternoon snack at New York Fries. As I am sitting there eating my less then average fries and gravy (the gravy tasted funky), I happen to look up at the New York Fries establishment and the owner/manager goes and grabs a few fries from the fryer, lifts the lid of the cheese sauce and dunks the fries in and proceeds to eat them. As I witness this I get the attention of my boyfriend sitting next to me to show him and as I am describing what happened the owner did it again! 3 more fries dipped into the cheese sauce and into his mouth. I am sure the health department would have something to say about this. I was not quick enough to take a picture with my phone but I wish I were. I am absolutely disgusted by this establishment and will not return."

"Went to subway downtown today with my husband as he was in line I got a table noticed it was dirty so I asked for a cloth to clean it no big deal the girl making the sandwiches started arguing with me and wouldn’t give us a cloth then someone else we think work there started sweeping the crumbs off the table with there hands it had sticky stuff on the table and wasn’t impressed when the sandwich maker told us to sit at the other table lol it was dirty too , we left right away because if that’s your standards for clean never again will we enter that subway"

"Awesome foods. Glad they have choices between meat and veggies. We are vegetarians and love that we can choose just veggies as opposed to having just meats to choose from. Staff here were very pleasant and were informative when asked about how we get to the hiway."

"If you want a 180 degree view of Kamloops and the surrounding mountains and a yummy Indian meal, this is the place for you. The service was very good too. Unfortunately it was wildfire season, so we watched lots of water bomber planes in the sky. The sunset is gorgeous too."
