"They changed the recipe for the spaghetti. It used to be the best anywhere around. The last couple of times I ordered I Noticed it was spicy hot. I finally called to ask if they changed the recipe. I was told that they did change the recipe. I told them they made a big mistake. I will not be getting the spaghetti anymore. At 70 years old my body cannot take the spicy food. Why would you make spaghetti sauce Spicy HOT??? In all the places I have eaten at they are the first that had spicy Italian food."

"Taste of True Chicago Deep Dish Experience in a nice restaurant dining experience. Stopped by this location. Friendly staff. Orders are prepared fresh and took 30 mins for personal pizzas. Well worth the wait. We had their meat and veggie and both were awesome. The host said they has many locations.. but I would like to keep coming back to the same one."

"When we were in Chicago, we had to try a pizza. I heard from friends who had visited Chicago that they had no good experience with deep court. It was important to us to choose the right place. We read the description and looked at photos to do that. We are not marinara fans so we rejected the other big chain in the city because their pizza looked very hard on marinara sauce. We chose Lou Malnati. This special location was completely packed. Waiting was over an hour because a Cubs game was just finished and everyone flung to this place. We decided to order the exit and eat in the public area with chairs and tables directly above the road. We didn't have to spend a lot of time trying to find out what pizza to get, because fortunately their signature pizza The Lou is vegetarian. It was amazing! We loved it absolutely! So much that we return to another Lou Malnati site before the end of our trip to have this pizza again. The crust, the cheese, the vegetables, everything was perfect! I am so glad that we chose Lou Malnati 's Pizzeria and I would like to recommend this place to anyone who wants to taste a deep pizza."

"Is it just me or did Lou's change some? Lou's is my favorite Chicago deep dish pizza, especially the sausage. I ordered a deep dish with sausage pieces, pepperoni, mushroom, onion and black olives. I thought the toppings seemed sparse for a $50 pizza. Maybe it is just this location or maybe I should go and sit down instead of take out? Maybe $50 just seems like a lot for pizza? I use the app and get rewards which is great. And the service is always good. The Lou's salad dressing is the best. I guess ordering a pizza is a once in a while treat now with how prices have gone up."

"Went here on Saturday for dinner and surprisingly not as busy as I thought it would be. I ordered just the classic personal size. It takes about 30 minutes for the pizza to bake, so just be sure you have enough time. It was very good and delicious, so filling."
