"Went to get endless shrimp with a friend here for the second time this week! We loved the garlic shrimp/skewers as well as the seasonal drinks and chocolate cake. Our servers were exceptional and went above and beyond during our time. Not to dampen the review, but the last time I went in May the food wasn't stellar so I'm not sure if the food has changed or if it's just the shrimp. Altogether, we ate around 250 shrimp and will come back for more!"

"I am not sure why so many people dine here. The place is dirty and old. Booth seats are cracked, window sill sticky and greasy. It smells. It is extremely loud. . Which is to be expected, I guess. Service was a little slow but once we ordered the food came quickly. The garlic shrimp was overcooked and hard in spots where it had dried out. Freezer burnt? I expect better. What a waste of money. Very disappointing"

"The best part of the experience at Red Lobster is the serving staff. Narry a complaint in this department. We started out with one gentleman and he was replaced by a nice lady who did a wonderful job. Positive, engaged, and very professional. I suspect with the pace and how busy the place was serving staff have to be good and it is a testament to the management that can hire and retain such staff. I am sorry I did not remember their names as I would love to give them the credit that is due to them.The Red Lobster is popular. Perhaps well-deserved and the food is, well, competent. And I think that from their demographic and marketing this is the ideal result and I do not begrudge them of this.The thing is that this restaurant is so formulaic and screams "I am part of a 700 strong chain of restaurants and you can be assured of competence!"But the interior needs to be updated. The noise of the patrons is problematic. No romantic dinners here.We arrived at 3:30 pm, in part to the popularity of the restaurant and when we left at 5:30 pm people in the line were being told that the wait was 2 hours.Take you money, hit up Trip Advisor, and live a little.You certainly won't go wrong at Red Lobster, but its not much living."
