"The store when you get in is lovely, but inhale the fragrances! It's the sky, I'm pretty sure I'll visit every time I run through these doors! It took a bite on the cinnamon roll to hang me in this place! You are all you ever wanted in a cinnamon roll-the right amount of gooey, fluffy, cinnamon and love! If I could eat one for every meal without being judged! And these are by far one of the best I had in my life and travels! I tried some other articles and they were delicious as well as banana bread muffin and brownie. The pecan roll is a big cotender when they are out of cinnamon rolls. The lady who runs the bakery is so friendly and friendly! I love the service and they do business! If you come, come back! Just try to save a cinnamon roll for this galley from time to time is everything I ask."

"I’ve been to Luca downtown several times, and was really hoping Luca West would offer a similar experience. It was very noisy inside the restaurant, making it difficult to hear one another. Our service was very poor our waitress was inattentive and did not come back to our table after our meal was ordered until we had finished our meal and we were ready to leave. We were celebrating an anniversary and appreciated the complimentary dessert, but unfortunately brining a cake to a table that had ordered off the gluten free menu didn’t land well."

"Unfortunately Brio reservations were overbooked for Valentine's Day. We were able to find a table in the bar so ended up eating there. We were called for our 5:45 reservation at 6:30, but by then were ordering our meal in the bar and know other diners waited longer and were unable to be seated in the bar. The hostess, Tara, called us on Saturday to ask about our dining experience. That has never been done in the past, so I think it was an attempt to reach out but nothing was offered except an apology. We would have preferred a phone call from the manager or assistant manager. If calls were being made, something should have been offered for the inconvenience free appetizer or something the next time we return. Poor management, but our server in the bar, Nick, was very good. The meals were slow in coming, but we were not in a hurry, and the chicken milanese was also very good. Expect better from them. We've been going to Brio's since it opened in 2005."
