"This visit had the Shredded Chicken Nachos. It was my first time with them and they were too dared delicious. I asked for an extra help of cheese to make sure I had enough. That was an extra fee, but I didn't mind. I order them again."

"After taking the kids to kidtastic indoor playground, I noticed the constant groups of people going in and out of Mex Taco House. I had been craving good breakfast tacos, but it's so hard to find a good Mexican taco spot in Cypress. I stay away from places that put American cheese slices in their Mexican tacos. I went inside to check this place out, and I knew right away this was going to be a good taco spot. All the choices for breakfast and meat tacos looked delicious. I had to get 4 just so that I could sample a few. They range in price from $3-4 .I ordered the carne guisada con papas( stewed meat) delicious! Barbacoa , delicious! Chorizo con huevo w beans, delicious! Bacon and egg with beans, delicious!Don't forget to request the green salsa. Spicy but it takes your tacos to the next level. This is my new breakfast taco spot if I'm in the area. If you're taking the kids to kidstastic early in the morning, stop by Mex Taco House. Make Mex Taco House your new breakfast taco spot in Cypress."

"I ordered the patty melt and what I recieved was extremely disappointing. Google image search a patty melt and you 'll see everything that this burger was not. We placed a togo order and specifically asked the girl at the register if they could cook our burgers medium because we hate a dry burger and she said, of course they can do that. Our burgers took so long to come out that it really wasn 't that big of a surprise when we took a bite and noticed how overcooked and exceedingly dry both of our burger patties were. My patty melt consisted of two of the driest pieces of toast, dehydrated meat patty, one measly slice of cheese, and a few grilled onions. Everything about this burger was sad, underwhelming and insulting to patty melts everywhere. If I had known it was going to be this boring and bland, I would have at least ordered one of the regular burgers so I could have the vegetables to help with the taste. The fries aren 't even worth talking about they were so limp and gross."
