"We went for Brunch last Sunday with our kids. The wait was not bad even though the place was full. Service is great. Decent portion sizes. Food is great but not extraordinary. Flapjacks are really good though. We liked the ambience. Nice little neighborhood brunch place"

"My husband and I were thinking of going here a couple weeks ago during restaurant week. The advertisement made it seem like a bustling upscale restaurant. We had schedule conflicts. So when my galpal and I wanted to go out for a girl's night, we decided to grab an OpenTable reservation, thinking that for a Friday night, this would be fun. No... This may at one time have been the place to be, but now it is every overpriced hotel bar. The bartender was the only one there. The massive seating area was closed off and an option of 6 random tables. It was like crickets in there. The food was overpriced, as we watched the one other tables food come out. There's no drink menu, and the dinner menu is one sheet of paper with the most generic sounding conference food ever. We decided while we waited that we would order an app and a dessert and while we chatted, we'd find a different restaurant. The cheesecurds were just crunchy shells, all the cheese had run out, the chocolate cake was not 8$ worthy, the ice cream she told us she was going to add (we did not ask for) was a $1 upcharge... and to put it lightly, we won't be going back for the Trofi restaurant again. We tried to book a different restaurant but the app wouldn't let us, so we got into somewhere else just before 9 and had a real meal. Sorry guys, but you're not the same as what you may have been/claim to be from time to time.."

"The name says everything about the environment of this place. they could not eat after a welcoming place, with the friendlyest servers on their game. they must have asked me ten times if I wanted more coffee. her menu was full of fascinating options. the food was cooked to perfection and I never had better hathbrowns. the price was a bit high, but not terrible, and the lack of taste explosion is the only thing that holds this place of five stars. question"
