"Sometimes a restaurant overall rating through different users can tell the entire story. Persia ranks one of the lowest in Zomato at 2.2.

Their food was extreme. Not the good side but the bad part of it. The Tabouli Salad was very sour. The amount of vinegar in the dressing was unbelievable. I still tried to gulp it down while my facial expression and my stomach (later on) suffer.

Morg-e Anar, a special Persian dish got a number of spices going but turned out to be very salty. It's a good thing there was enough pita to make it edible. Also for almost Php 400 (with taxes and delivery), its so darn expensive. It's only a leg quarter.

My favorite Hummus was hoping to be the saving grace but turned out to be sour as well and in such small quantity.

Am not sure if Persia exists to disappoint. They're complaints are there but they seem to do nothing about it. So confusing.

alwayshungry.ph"

"FOOD: So I had their Irish Cream Frappe and Chocolate Chip Cookie. I actually love their drink. It's not that sweet, but the coffee flavor is strong. While the chocolate chip cookie is good too.

SERVICE: Good service. The staff are all well looked after, but they don't smile.

AMBIANCE: It's pretty dark in the shop itself so I decided to stay outside the shop."

"Have you been to the latest food park in the Metro? Krates is located at Industrie Food Loft inside City Golf in Ortigas Center. It is air conditioned with al fresco dining option. From two restaurants that used to occupy the slot, it has now 12 unique food stalls.

Krates is all about coffee. And they do it with fun and creativity. My sister and I shared their Krates Redeye, it has solid coffee in ice cubes form, milk and espresso for you to combine together. It's a clear novelty which you could also do with Strawberry Krates, this time with strawberry and chocolate syrup.

We also had a share of their Php 50 brownies. For its price it was forgivable even if it was too sweet and lacking moisture. Nevertheless, this was a good add on to a bitter sweet coffee.

alwayshungry.ph"

"It was my first time to be in Madison Commons, another Food Park, another stop for consumers to get new dining options. It's located in an already restaurant rich community, Kapitolyo. In fact this is the third food park in this small area.

Taqueria is one of more than 20 stalls here at Madison Commons. This strip has quite a diverse of cuisines, almost no conflicting offerings from one food establishment to another.

They offer you Mexican inspired dishes. Their team are consist of young entrepreneurs who have passion for good food. They are lead by Chef Karl Jude Boo, also know as the six pack chef. He showcases his cooking and preparations in an open kitchen style here.

Getting your re-invented Mexican creations could take time as they do it by hand and with lots of TLC.

First one that came our way was Taco Trio. It's a perfect starter featuring three meats at time- Pork Carnitas, Beef Sirloin and Chicken. The slow cooked pork and then crisped were most interesting but chicken still won my heart with its sweet citrus flavor.

We got Chicken Quesadilla next. It was curated differently, strips form instead of the usual triangle shaped. It has grilled chicken, caramelized onions and lots of oozing mozzarella cheese.

Rice Bowls arrived and these were presented in shiny containers. It was calling our names! We were served Pork and Chicken variety, both with nutrient rich black rice. Slow cooked pork belly was tender beyond words, it was flavorful as well. The Quarter Leg Grilled Chicken on the other hand lacked a bit more seasoning.

Taqueria could be the best stop here. They offer you more than food and is their love to see you enjoy what they take the time to make.

alwayshungry.ph"

"This is a nice place to go with if you want to just chill and have a nice place to be with yourself alone (lol) or maybe talk to someone privately. There are few people going here (or maybe we're just lucky). I just hope that they can serve their orders faster ????☺️????????"

"It was my first time at La Maripili today though I've known this place for quite some time now. I haven't really got a chance to try it before since the Alabang branch is too far. But now, no more reasons for me to skip this one out! I finally tried their Churros which are really famous to foodies and now I understand why. ????????????????"

"Second time here- the first time was not memorable, we had the continental I guess. Now we tried bangus and tapa. Both were sour, served with salsa which was also sour, and vinegar. So okay dip sour into sour and have sourness all over. No...balance. I wonder what the chef was thinking. And for the price- so not worth it. Sorry not coming back ever."
