"Wow, I was absolutely blown away! I met with friends from the UK; and knowing they had a vegetarian preference, I decided to choose Nourish. I was definitely not disappointed! The food was vibrant and colourful, and also very delicious! We had the nachos to start I had the 'Mac N Squeeze '..so good! The restaurant has a unique atmosphere unlike any other restaurant I 've been too, and the staff were very friendly energetic! I very highly recommend Nourish Bistro for anyone! Thank you for having us!"

"I have tried some of the coffee shops in the area to offer the vegan options. These guys were the best. I feel that the articles are changing quite often. There was a hearty pastry with a kind of quinoa that filled in a flocky crust that heated them to serving. It was perfect for a fair price. Also a banana chocolate chip cookie that meets the point. Free Wi-Fi, places to plug in the laptop and the coffee was also good!"

"Fantastic. Despite some poor reviews we had a fantastic experience here. The service was fast, friendly, and authentic, the food was amazing, and the view was spectacular (the sun was setting in the background over the rockies). The staff were attentive without being all over us. Really loved the fact that the chef preparing the sushi was in a dress shirt, vest, and tie. Totally reminded me of the style in some of the great restaurants when I was in Japan. <br/ <br/ After perusing the menu I opted for the all you can eat (long day skiing and there was too many items that peaked my interest). My girlfriend ordered a couple of different maki rolls. The tempura vegetables were great: perfectly el dente texture coated in a light crispy batter that wasn't greasy. The tempura sauce was delightful as well; I usually pass it by at other places but I found myself thoroughly enjoying it here. Some of the nigiri was a bit small but as part of AYCE, that just means I can try more things without over-eating. I really got into the hand rolls. They had a good selection and some combinations I don't see often. They did a fantastic job of combining textures and flavours and all of the rolls had the perfect amount of rice (meaning not too much). <br/ <br/ We would go back here in a heartbeat, in fact on our next trip through Banff we'll absolutely be going here for dinner, and we'll be bringing friends."
