"I like to go to places and choose with a variety of options whether it is a cold sandwich, hot sandwich, soups or even chilli. This place has exactly what you are looking for, especially if there is something quick. Staff are always welcome people with a smile at the moment they go. All the time they make your sandwich, there is a big smile on her face that you can't help but smile back. It is a very cozy place that makes you sit and eat your sandwich. If you didn't try it, I'd suggest it. They're moved, so if you don't know where to find them, they're right across from the Powerhouse on King Street. You're not sorry."

"I took a client to dinner, two nights in a row at this establishment. The first night we sat at the bar, and were served by a young woman who thought she was Sarah Silverman. When we returned the next night, the same woman was working . She then proceeded to announce to whole bar area, how much alcohol my client had consumed the night before. Needless to say my client was embarrassed, and it made my working relationship with him a little strained.If I wanted jokes or pithy quips about alcohol, I would have gone to Yuk-Yuk's."

"We visit Denninger’s store and restaurant 2-3 times a week when we are out on our daily walk. Denninger’s is a German establishment selling ethnic food from various countries, but mainly a German. The restaurant is buffet style. It is clean, fast, with good food,...at a reasonable price. Very often our visit is just coffee and a German pastry, but occasionally a full blown German entree. All of it is excellent. The store itself sells all manner of bakery and butcher items as well as other food goods. Prices are higher than a typical grocery store, but the quality and taste are excellent. I visit this store often and I recommend it to one and all."

"King Pizza has good basic pizza with all the usual toppings available. The crust is fairly thin, which we like-you don't feel stuffed with bread after eating it! The sauce is not particularly flavourful, just a basic tomato sauce. It is okay, but I'd prefer something with more seasoning, herbs, or olive oil. The decor is long overdue for a renovation; as a takeout place, one can put up with that, but I would never want to stay there and eat. The best thing is probably the service- the owners/cooks are friendly and know their regulars well. The prices are also reasonable; a good choice for a treat now and then!"

"Slightly off the main through street of Dundas street in Waterdown is the cutest little breakfast Bistro with a nice atmosphere, patio and really good food coffee. Staff is always the most friendly here and makes you feel right at home. Great value and...menu choice is good considering the size of the place. Make sure to visit at least once. Guaranteed it will make you want to come back. Grab a book, share a book option is a nice touch as you sip on your latte in the comfy couch."
