"The food here is always good. The prices are standard. The menu and quality is almost identical to Pho Vy, which is often considered the best in the city. The major issue with this place is the atmosphere, it's dreadful. The buzzing noise from the sign in the window is mind numbing, often no music played, décor is lacking. No matter how good the service or food is, these issues are holding the place back. That being said, I have ate here over 30 times over 3-4 years. Please fix the buzzing noise."

"Walked to this breakfast spot. You order before you sit down. We waited while three people ordered in front of us. When they left, we stepped up and the two waitresses virtually ignored us and walked by us several times with not even a smile...or a good morning. In these COVID times, when business has been slow you would think cafes would welcome visitors. We grew tired of waiting and left. I would not recommend this place. It is small and unfriendly."

"It was the last night of our vacation and we wanted something special, featuring local seafood. The salmon and halibut were amazing. Perfectly prepared and accompanied with wonderful, flavorful sides. The turnip croquettes were a delightful surprise. The Cesar salad was very good, though the "anchovies" were just the faintest nod in the dressing. The service was attentive but not overbearing. We especially appreciated the help of the sommelier in choosing a dry Okanagan gewurz, a favorite wine that is hard to get at home. The room is gracious, attractive and quiet. Fruit fritters for dessert capped a fantastic evening."

"The next best thing to the actual Halifax Donair in Halifax Nova Scotia (actually Nova Scotia in general) with the actual Halifax Donair sauce is here. Lots of meat, tomatoes, onions and sauce. Tasty! One thing you need to watch for is that the meat he cuts off isn't been turning on the spit for an extended period. Come here for the Donair, not the atmosphere, very Spartan inside."
