"Ramen to the MAX!! This is truly tasty Ramen. It’s a nice fusion of flavors and spices. Their Spicy triple soup is delicious and spicy!! The TanTan-Men is super spicy and very flavorful. The crab rangoon is real crab and the pork sticky buns are an excellent starter. If you are tasting Ramen, this is the place to go. Lucky to have ya in Louisville, Mirin!!!"

"I went to yamaya tonight to eat. I had the shrimp tempura udon and it was by far the best udon I had. raised on a Japanese household I have quite high expectations of Japanese food and they were more than fulfilled. it's a little quiet location, it was nice to chat with the owner (I didn't have his name sad to ask I forgot). he cared for eating and it turned out very well. I'll be back in a definitiv when I get back through anchorage."

"Currently not doing hot menu items for lunch time, only for dinner. However, the options here are just amazing. A few of us went together (pictures added! And we definitely were not disappointed. Also, each order comes with miso soup, which is nice. There's a nice little area outside to eat and the food is finished fast."
