Finally tried Mirin for lunch today, and it was delicious. The Tonkotsu Ramen was recommended for a first time visit. Flavorful and not too spicy, it was filled with thick ramen and chashu pork that was tender enough to slice with chopsticks. Portion size was perfect for a comforting and filling lunch, too.
