"Girlfriend and I were in the area (from Chicago), found the place through a Google search and figured we’d give it a try. The food was awesome, nice variety to choose from we just went with burgers, fries, sodas. Google shows ‘2 dollar signs’ for pricing, I believe that’s high. Prices were very reasonable. What struck us the most were the employees. Everyone we dealt with seemed eager to assist us, they were helpful, friendly, and patient. We may be scorned by most places around Chicago, it was truly a pleasure to see people working and being pleasant. Thanks for treating us well, next time we’re in the area, we will be back."

"I have been ordering here the same choice for years and never had a problem, but today I am very disappointed with the customer service. The person taking the phone order was uncooperative, rude and sarcastic. I am mostly upset because I like the pizza there. Untill today I have been a customer at this place. FYI your competition in the grayslake area is real, consider it"

"I ordered three times here, so far everything was great and I will be back. Eating takes place on time, online order is convenient and clear, and there are many offers for toppings and pages. The pizza sauce has enough spices, and the cheese and bread have good texture. The best part is that Sarpino?s is so much better than the other pizza place in this strip-mall."

"Love the pizza in a pan style!! The crust was buttery and perfect and I lost in the cheeky goodness of this cake! Note, this is not so saucy a Chicago style pizza so if you prefer a lot of sauce You may be disappointed or just ask for more sauce above. I'll be back for more of this delicious pizza! (We ordered the 16 Pan style with sauce and banana pepper added btw)"

"Damn good Mexican food and really good prices. This is like my favorite cheap place to eat! Pablo Salad is gluten free and paleo too (I think) simple salad, but really good! Update: The pizza is really good. Over the years, this has become my favorite pizza place. I like thin crispy/crunchy crusts and good toppings. I especially like sausage and garlic pizza. So good from here. The sausage is so flavorful and the garlic muat be fresh chopped. It smells so good to walk in and smell the garlic on the pizza cooking. Tastes even better!"

"Absolutely disgusting... Cheese taste sour and pizza was completely undercooked. Two people working and a very odd empty location. Neither workers seemed to care whatsoever I was there and the pizza wasn't ready 15 minutes after pickup time. Completely understaffed. I would never in a million years order again. Worst pizza I've ever eaten and I've had bad pizza many times. Not sure where the stars are coming from but read the other reviews. Maybe paid ratings??"
