"Made a reservation for late lunch and arrived, our table was there. We ordered at the bar and waited for what seemed 30 minutes for a couple of pizzas. After asking, we were told there was a large group and they ordered before us. Maybe so, we didn't see they did and maybe they booked too. Either way, would have been helpful to be told as we had meetings to go back to and the wait meant our lunch was very rushed and we returned late to our work. The other thing that surprised me was that online the price is 9 quid, but I was charged 12!!! No receipt. I said I thought it was 9. I had checked menus before hand. I was impressed with the knowledge of staff when it came to our order and ingredients, and the pizzas were hot and fresh. A little too burnt on the base. Staff were friendly and kind and the atmosphere in the pub lovely. Also a plus that they accept cash. Not happy with the price though."

"I love the Pembury Tavern. It's themed upon in the traditional/Victorian saloon style. They have great cask beers on (including Five Points Best and Railway Porter permanently). Cask is always kept superbly although I have had an issue with dirty glasses."

"If it's baked does it make it healthy? We'll go with yes in this case. If you're around Shoreditch and near the quirky Boxpark, check out container 31 for these super treats. I love me a good doughnut and the Strawberries and Cream Crodough satisfied all of my doughnut cravings. The savory but sweet sticky jam, the buttery light cream, the crunch of the baked pastry with that dusted sugar. Drooool, I'll be back and probably very soon *Ratings are based on desserts only"

"I will consider this as potentially the best falafel I had. I chose the salat pot that is as good as they get free herrage to fill the pot with as much salat as they can scratch. there's a pretty good one. selection of articles also! then they go back to the theke check a healthy part of freshly cooked falafel and hummus up! seems a little expensive for a bit salat and falafel, but for one once in a dae treat it worth treating."
