"I'm really sorry to sound harsh, but this was one of the worst pizza's I've ever had. I honestly think Pillsbury pizza pops taste better. I will say that their pizza is cheap, but you get what you pay for. The crust is flavourless and...has slightly chewy, but also mushy texture. They use like no sauce and it has no flavour. The veggie toppings are fine, but they go light on meat toppings. I would not return. There are far better options out there!"

"Great friendly staff. Generous toppings and great tasting crust. Although my veggie pizza had soggy spots the overall taste was good. Prices are reasonable and tax was included in price."

"Ricardo's The Thai chicken pizza is our absolute favorite, although the special pizza is exactly that. Special! The store is clean and well run and offers its customers excellent service. I'm glad it's in our neighborhood!"

"Outside the superstore, these children approached me to offer a book of coupons with many offers from Domino's pizza that would benefit their cause that hockey is: they were so cute I couldn't say no. That's how I used my coupons. I have a pizza with pineapple pieces like a Hawaiian. There are sauces to choose from which is a new concept for me. I've seen a few things that were missing hygienic. I don't think there was someone with sufficient maturity and experience at this time to monitor these young people. But I'm not very often there, so I can't say things are treated daily. There are many parking spaces, northwest corner of the Cedar Valley Connector Lougheed Hwy. Entrance is from Cedar. There are stools when someone wants to eat there, but it saw me more of a pickup and delivery. I know it's a franchise and famous, but at my age, the pizza is once in a while to treat and I support another place."

"This happened a little while ago, but TripAdvisor keeps asking me to write another review, so here it is. Out of five visits here, I had three bad experiences. 1. A server scolded me, because I switched my drink with my friend 's drink. I knew...which drink was mine, but the server thought that she knew better. 2. I politely asked if I could turn a table about 22.5 degrees. The server (a different one--one that had been doing extremely horrible drunk karaoke there a week or two before said no, and I understood. I did not argue; however, she had to shout, The tables are set up like this for a reason! before storming off. This ruined my night. I left, and I wrote two negative reviews elsewhere (one was on Facebook . Management posted a reply to my review, saying that I should contact the owner. I did not contact the owner, as I felt that it was not my job to be calling the owner to rectify the situation. Time passed, and my friend (the same one from earlier told me that patrons there had been asking about me. I figured, Why not? So I sent a message to Captains Cabin, saying thank you for reaching out and that I will be back sometime. I then replaced my negative review with a positive one, and I even deleted my other review (but I have written a new negative review since . I did not receive any replies to my message. I thought that everything was okay. Then came my third bad experience--serves me right, I suppose. 3. I walked in, and I saw some friends who were happy to see me, and we started chatting. Then a server whom I had never before seen told me to leave. You shouldn 't be here, she said. I left without a fuss. I sent another message, and I got fed some bull about having to wait a few more days, as the owner was away. I asked for the owner 's number again (it had been posted in a reply to my Facebook review, but I did not write it down before deleting it as I would actually call after this incident. They read my message but gave me no reply. Captains Cabin is good for the regulars. They like it, it seems. I guess that I was the new guy and did not have to be treated well. By the way, the wings are small (I do not believe their crap about looking small because they are not breaded , and they put a little bit of cheese on the top of their nachos--not throughout. I will never go back. I am not allowed to, anyway. Instead of getting an apology for being treated horribly, I got barred from the place. I have also noticed that there are similar comments about the servers, food, and patronage in other reviews of Captains Cabin on this site. You should check them all out."
