"At first glance, this place seems really pricey but in actuality it's pretty in line with other places in town except you get a pretty amazing view.Went here twice on my last trip to Parksville and was pretty pleased both times. The first time we came for happy hour where you can get a dozen oysters for $20, including both east and west coast oysters. Glasses of prosecco are only $5.The second time we came for nachos and while $19 for a half order of nachos with no protien initially seemed nuts, they were really good value. Enough chips for two, great cheese distribution and tasty toppings. Guac is $4 extra but they do give you a heaping portion of all sources. It's been a while since I have had nachos this good.The service was excellent and they have daily features.Kid-friendliness: This place is very good friendly.Parking: There is free parking at the resort."

"This pizzeria is one of the best pizzerias I've ever experienced and certainly one of Van islands best kept secrets. Ask for it well done and its darker on top and the best crunch ever. lots of toppings and cheese...PERFECT everytime. Very friendly and accommodating owners and staff."

"This review is for the Pizza Hut in Wembley Mall. We ordered a medium $10 'special '. It was supposed to have pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers. It was hard to find any of those ingredients. The 'thin and crispy ' crust was 'thin and soggy ' and cold. I think it had been prepared well in advance of our scheduled pick up time and then just sat. Do not waste your money on these pizzas; buy a frozen pizza instead."

"A local pizza place, not a chain, it was delicious, crust cooked just right, not soggy, the ingredients were fresh, the sauce was flavourful but not over powering. the service was quick and frendky. Nice to find a local pizza that is not a chain. Enjoy as we sure did!"

"Plarksville location is definitely improved in the last few months personal is much more friendly, they are not laughing and horseing around, as they were usually music not bluishing there is a beautiful young lady tonight, which is very politely very curious it was a very nice change thank you, whoever they are so much nicer and have someone who is rudely tired and grumpy and obviously don't want to be"

"Ordered a large deluxe and it was good, no doubt, but it was smothered in cheese. the cheese overpowered everything, so you might want to specify light on the cheese. other than that, crust was good, veggies fresh and service on time for pickup."

"This has got to be one of the best noodle houses anywhere. Food is great and the service is fast, efficient and very respectful. The hot and sour soup is simply great! My husband and I (don't mean to sound like Queen E! go there on a regular basis have never been disappointed yet. We have tried numerous dishes and have yet to have a bad one. Sometimes, though, it's hard to get a table as they are constantly full up. So you have a choice take out or wait a bit. The wait is worth it!"
