"This was my first time here and I was shocked by the prices. They serve chicken wings and poke. I went with the small poke bowl which starts at $12.99. That?s ridiculous for the inflated price. While they give you option for free scoop of avocado and other toppings the tuna and salmon pieces were not fresh. I felt very disappointed with the price I paid. To make up for the price they do serve lots of seaweed salad as shown from the picture. I love seaweed salad. However,"

"We went there the first time last night, we really liked it, will come again, but make sure don’t order too much at the beginning because you can always order more later if you feel like it, it’s really good tho, but I will choose non-spicy next time because it’s spicy to us. "4/5 STAAT order: Taiwanese meatballs, oysters Omelette, Taiwanese cattle soup, sesame chicken noodles, fishball soup, shaved ice, Taiwanese sausage If you are looking for a good Taiwanese hole in the wall, this is it. It is not amazing, but it will definitely satisfy this Taiwanese food desire. My family has come here for years, and the only disappointment we had here is the oyster omelette. It's good, don't get me wrong, but we prefer it with the jelly layer. From what I remember, Simbala doesn't make it like that. The jelly is similar to the skin of a Ba-wan, aka taiwanese meatball . As far as the bovine noodle soup is concerned, I would say that it is one of the better in the area. The taste of broth is deep and the beef pieces are delicate. If you order this to-go, pack the noodle and soup separately for your comfort. The razor here is fine, but its not something I get all the time (Little Bean in the same Plaza makes it better imo). The shop is small and next to an Asian supermarket. Parking is quite... stressful, especially as there are some pretty bad drivers in the area. I saw a lady driving a parked car with 5 mph, huh? How can you ever do that, it could have been a person! In any case, this is the place to go if you want authentic Taiwanese food."

"We came here yesterday and ordered two pizzas. Before heading over the the Lopez house to drop off some clothes for Nico. The food We ordered a thin crust Mediterranean (alfredo sauce, mozzarella, feta, spinach, artichoke hearts, black olives) and a traditional pepperoni. Both came out thin crust which could have been disastrous because the pepperoni was for Ezra who is a picky eater. Luckily it wasn't an issue and both pizzas were thoroughly enjoyed. We also ordered a Greek Salad (romaine, feta, pepperoncinis, black olives, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, greek vinaigrette dressing) which was good. The Service The service was less than spectacular. For one, it seemed like one of the girls was new so she had to keep asking the other girl questions. Additionally, I've been to plenty of these build your own pizza/salad and this was by far the slowest service. The Ambiance The ambiance was meh. The trash in the bathroom needed to be emptied and they have a big station in the main dining area which is out of order. Not sure what that station is used for but it's just there. Overall I would give it 3/5 stars"
