"Visited Piano Piano with a few friends one Thursday evening we had reservations in advance so we were seated right away. Staff was really friendly, service was solid. Atmosphere was very welcoming, aesthetics were really nice. Ordered a fun guy pizza (vegetarian) to split which was really delicious as well as ordering the egg yolk ravioli which was really good and had a really nice presentation on the plate wish there was a 3rd ravioli though (only comes with 2). Price . Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re in the Spadina area!"

"Cute place. Can't wait to come back!. Service was a bit slow but reasonable.... and moreover, the food in the end was totally worth the wait. Had the creamy mushroom with spinach crepe, which was hearty without being too heavy and had a good filling to crepe ratio. The crepe itself was also soft yet firm. My friend ordered the salmon crepe, which was yeah sure, very garlicky but nonetheless delicious. For dessert we got the apricot cake. I never had apricot cake before but it might just become one of my favourite types of cake! The layers were light and spongey with not only cream but also tiny pieces of apricot in between.<br/>As I mentioned, service could be better... like, it would've been nice to have had water at our table during our meal, or even afterwards... but since there was only one server who was managing all the tables (I think he was preparing some of the food as well? it was kind hard to wave him down at times. The dishes for our table still came together and within a decent amount of time, so no major complaints.<br/>Gotta say, the decor was unusual... Thought it was a sushi restaurant when I first walked in. I'm guessing the wooden posts belonged to the previous restaurant or something? The computer desk playing radio music at the back took me for surprise but it was actually kind of amusing. Overall, the place isn't very fancy but it's got this unassuming charm that's quite endearing.<br/>I'll be trying some of the other things on the menu next time... hopefully with some water!"

"I've had dinner here 3 times over a 35 year period. Visit number 3 was definitely the best. The food was special: Canadian ingredients and wines put together in a user friendly way. The service was friendly and attentive. The views amazing- somewhat weather dependent but we got lucky. I would definitely recommend it for a special occasion and when visiting Toronto from abroad. I gave it a point less from excellent because it is very noisy both with people talking loudly, and dishes being tossed around in bins etc. One perk is that the tower visit is included in the price of the prix fixe."

"We arrived here shortly after arriving into Toronto from the UK, we were tired and hungry. This place was close to our hotel. We sat on the outside tables on the street and soaked up the atmosphere a Lamborghini drivers poor parking providing some...entertainment. The staff were attentive and engaging, the food was delicious and freshly prepared. We arrived late in their service but we weren’t rushed. Decent hospitality, thank you!"

"Although the place was quite empty for a Saturday evening, the food was outstanding! I decided to try out the Cliffside Bistro that's in my area with a few friends and I don't regret it. I myself tried out the Chicken Zuka Pasta while my boyfriend tried the Tortellini Pasta, both deliciously cooked. I was taken back by how dark the place looked, the lights were dimmed. Nevertheless, the dishes made up for the ambience and we were served by such a friendly and welcoming man who took care of us quite well. Mark my word, I will be coming back shortly."

"Exceptional food in an authentic, non-demanding environment. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, which added to the great experience. For bread lovers, there are 3 different breads, all of which are made there and are all wonderful. I stop on the way out of town to pick up bread and take it home to friends. My salad was fabulous and the vodka chicken pasta (a specialty) was cooked perfectly with a wonderful sauce. The specials change with the seasons. Desserts are all made there and everyone looked great. We share the ice cream on Sunday with homemade caramelized marshmallows and chocolate ganache. It was wonderful. You can share it with 4 people as it is very large. We will definitely have dinner here again when we return to Mayo and Golf."
