Absolutely fantastic food. Great atmosphere. Best thing on the menu is the Sweet Hornet pizza. You have to order it, it 's out of this world!Servers are attentive and knowledgeable. Decor is beautiful. Food came out fast, and it was warm View all feedback.
What Amelie Shields doesn't like about Piano Piano:
Pretty underwhelming experience overall. Visited here for lunch with some colleagues and we all ordered from the lunch menu special. I add the calamari for appetizer, which was absolutely delicious and crunchy, my best meal of the entire lunch. I ordered the “Fun Guy” pizza and was pretty disappointed with it. The pizza is very “bready” in the wrong places. Lots of dough wasted on the crust edge and the bottom of the... View all feedback.
Ambiance is good. But the service very transactional. Our server is like a robot no emotions and we did not know who is serving us. Never checked if our food is okay or what so ever. Just get the order and bill us out. The Brussels was way too salty. We did not feel a quality service like other Italian restaurants in Toronto. Will not come back. Hard to find parking. We should have spent our $500 elsewhere. I'm also working in the same industry so I still tipped them well for a very little effort.

4.5 07/21/2023 We went to this restaurant for summerlicious to try their food. The atmosphere was pleasant and the employees were very kind. I really enjoyed the seafood dishes that we ordered, the other dishes were good as well but I got bored of the flavour before finishing the dish, the dessert was good as well. But my favourite was definitely the clams and calamari, however the clams portion was a bit lacking for me personally. I recommend trying this place for summerlicious, the place is a bit pricey normally but still affordable.
Overall , we had a great experience! We celebrated my daughters 16th BDAY!Dinner was delicious and service was on point . Our waitress was super sweet !Ordered the calamari and whipped ricotta for apps ! Wow!The kids ordered pizza my son is super selective, so they made him a pizza with sauce and no cheese ! My daughter ordered the mascarpone, ham and hazelnut pizza , delicious !Family friend ordered the Sea Bass and it was a small portion , but good .My husband ordered the mushroom tortellini and I ordered the spinach egg yolk ravioli. Portions on pasta are small , but my husband enjoyed his dish. The ravioli was a bit strong in taste for me , yet full of filling .Dessert was delicious!Awesome cheesecake with sparklers for my daughter. My son ordered the the cream puff and it was difficult to eat . A knife is needed to cut the cream puff . Not a big concern , as we were full anyway.Overall , really nice restaurant!
The cheese in the pasta…oh my god…it was so CREAMYNormally, I’m not the type to scoop up the sauce after I finish the pasta, but this one I could’ve licked the plate. It was that good! I’d definitely recommend the pasta to anyone who goes there! My friend got the fish and wasn’t too big a fan of it…but it’s MY review so it’s fine. The drinks were way too overpriced- $20 for a cocktail after tax. Yikes. But it tasted good and complimented the dinner so it’s fine. The server seemed seasoned, she’s comfortable and has probably worked there for a while- though I wish she were a bit warmer, but perhaps she was just tired.Atmosphere was great as well, iconic pink exterior and a classy interior. There were a lot of people but it didn’t feel crowded. The lamps were cool- and oh, I saw a Yoda in the kitchen. That made my day.
