"Charlotte airport has little to offer for a vegan diet. This establishment has a vegan burrito/tacos on their menu; beans and rice with a little corn and green peppers. The burrito is a little bland, I recommend smothering in hot sauce if your palate allows!"

"We’ve been going to Zapata’s for years and also love them for a good take out night in bed. That said, if you do take out ask for a large regular salsa. Theirs is homemade and absolutely the best salsa ever. We get it and eat on it for a couple days but even this large size doesn’t last long in our house! When eating at their location I love their flavored margaritas and my guy loves what they have on tap. Their food is delicious and their staff are friendly, we’ve never had a dish we wouldn’t fleet again. This is a definite must go and I’m so glad they lasted through the virus and lockdown and continued the same quality they had before everything hit a few years ago. One of the best and my favorite!"
