"I was very happy and satisfied with this place. The guacamole was great (how can anyone mess up guacamole? But I’ve had some that are not good). I ordered ribeye tacos and they were really tasty but what I liked the most was their drinks: I ordered mezcalitas (prepared at your table) and margaritas. For dessert I had the corn bread: delicious and gluten free! I also loved the service! Francisco was on top of everything. Thank you so much!"

"Good selection of food and drinks. The large tamarind margarita is kind of the house special and worth ordering if you are a margarita fan. The chips and sauces are very tasty as is everything on the menu. This is an upscale casual restaurant and...it is best to make a reservation. The walls have funny sayings on them. It is hard not to have a good time in Villa Maria. I have been there many times and have never had a bad experience."
