"My Niece took me to the EC Diner what a great choice she has heard great things about the crab cakes we both had the crab cake sandwich. This was a typical diner atmosphere crowded hustle and bustle short wait time less than 10 minutes after being seated put drtver came over within another 10 minutes. I ordered the French Onion Soup as a starter and my niece ordered a regular salad she was very satisfied and it was a good portion. My french onion soup looked great however there were no onions and the broth was bland. The counter waitress Kim came over in the interim and I told her she immediately came back with a cup of the sauteed onions she was awesome very pleasant. Our waiter was nice too. The crab cakes were huge and delicious very little filler..I saw many huge elaborate Sundaes go by they were amazing but I had no room. The desserts looked delicious and the dessert case was unbelievable. Before our waiter came a manager stopped by to ask if we had been helped yet. That was nice. I saw other people's breakfast platters they looked good. The prices were good the food was delicious"

"An extremely fun place to meet up for a weekend breakfast with good friends. Grab a table if you 're able (this place is jumpin '! and a morning bagel sammy or avocado toast and latte from the friendly staff. The vibe here is definitely saloon meets breakfast nook. You never know who you might run into--a co-worker I haven 't seen in a long time was there with their fam! Fair warning: it might be a bit loud and cramped for some people 's taste, and if you get there after 10 there will be a line. All that said: It cute."

"Metro 8 is a great option at all times, but also more so during restaurant week. 3 course meal with a steak starter for $ 30! The 16 ounce churrasco steak is amazing and an incredible offering. My favorite dessert is the Dulce de Leche Crepes ... I like them as much as the steak - I understand they are probably a labor intensive endeavor for Restaurant Week but I was disappointed that they were removed from the Restaurant Week menu and I couldn't . t submit it for a charge. So, I probably won't go on weekly trips to the restaurant, but I'll keep coming back to the regular menu."

"The food is overpriced and not good. Ordered the bowl of bacon and received 4 pieces of cold bacon on a plate for $8. 6 cheese sticks were $14. The kids grilled cheese was made with hard as a rock sour dough. The vegetable hash was so salty it was inedible."

"The service and the food were great! Good step and delicious. The only thing that could be better would be if its seat allows the sound level of the conversation to be calmer. That said we could hear each other and everything else was nice."
