"The Pasta and drinks were decent and the atmosphere is fairly nice however the service could be much improved from a management perspective, ordered two pastas and two drinks to share between four of our friends because we weren’t overly hungry but still wanted lunch, however when a friend asked for plates for each of us so we could divide the pasta and share she was refused by the manager who said we could only have two plates, not four. Quite disappointing because we have been here many times and always enjoyed the experience but unfortunately won’t be coming here again..."

"We had been regulars to this cafe. The last few times we started to collect stamps on loyalty cards for the coffee we bought. Today we went back again for our coffee and asked if they could consolidate our stamps into one card from 2...cards. The female staff member refused to do so for the stated reason that she didn’t want to waste a card. I understood the point but asked her to reconsider on the basis of our being regular customers. Despite that the staff member still refused our simple request, indicating she doesn’t mind if she loses our custom over a simple card. What sort of approach to running a business is that! Anyway it’s their loss as there are thousands of other cafes out there."

"By far the best strawberry tart I’ve had, ever. Excellent customer service and I didn’t have to wait. The woman behind the counter helped me with choosing my order. She was very friendly. I’d definitely visit again to try some of the other pastries."
