"We came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. It wasn't too busy so we were lucky. We found quite hard to find as it says it's on Harrison but it is between memorial and Harrison and wasn't labelled. Once we had found it we met the friendly staff. The atmosphere of the cafe is great as there are artefacts on the walls and shelves. The food here is amazing and the portions are medium. It came very quickly with free coffee refills. Quite probably the best place for breakfast in Parksville!"

"I have waited, because this Morningstar Golf Club-Grill on the Green- is a carefully kept secret. Because I am sharing this with you, it could cost me a reservation, so don't rush. On Fridays they have a fish (halibut) and chip dinner that is one of the best you will ever have. You can split fries and salad. My friends and I go every Friday. The service is great, and the atmosphere is warm and congenial. But you have to reserve early."

"Went there with my family and we had coffees and muffins. Both were lackluster...the coffee. mine a latte, lacked the normal pick-up flavour...a bit bitter. The place was dim and not that clean and the service was impersonal at best. Will not be back. There are better coffee shops in Parksville with light and life and taste."
