"Every dining experience always comes with consummate service and a long list of tapa choices on small plates that come with a beautiful presentation and never disappoint. Quality consistently meets expectations. Longtime manager, Sergio is always gracious, welcoming and attentive. We started with a delicious cheese plate (could use an additional soft cheese variety to fully round out the three hard cheese sticks) with assorted meats and olives served with warm bread. Followed with Empanadas (meat pies with a crispy warm shell), Beef plate and Halibut: each perfectly prepared. Ended with Tres Leches sweet and rich sponge cake and strawberry dripping. Rincón 38 has been our favorite for years. Cozy, leisurely restaurant for foodies who want to taste as many dishes as the stomach allows."

"We tried 4 different dishes and all were equally delicious. This is on the pricier side, so expect to pay at least 30 just for your main dish. Totally worth every penny though. Dish portions aren't large so you will have room for dessert--their cakes are incredible, especially the Honey and Cream cake.
