"We had heard a pretty bad review of this place, what was that someone we know arrived and was immediately asked if she wanted guacamole, so she said yes, basically hood her because she thought he would offer it, but it actually cost her $16. Then she asked for a drink and the server asked if she would like it with a certain alcohol, so she said yes, again Hoodwinking her because that wasn't the house alcohol and was a charge. So we suspected the behavior. Our experience was really good. We sat in a big stand when we were only two, and we were surprised, but flattered to get such beautiful seats. We had like three servers that take care of us, with a captain who was a great way to delegate the work in the restaurant. We had a great meal that came super fast, and they immediately corrected a mistake from the kitchen without even being reminded and came out with another plate. In the end we said we wanted a certain dessert, and our server asked us if we got the cheesecake, and we were like good. He brought out both desserts, the originals with a sweet happy birthday in chocolate and the cheesecake. Instead of our friends experience with the blind upselling, it seemed real and it was really sweet. We enjoyed the whole experience and will be back soon."

"That was one of my favorite restaurants in san diego. they had actually set of eggs (I think it was just a) good portions, good taste, so happy. I was under a red tent so that the pictures look a little red."

"Steak was slim shady? EDD card thin. Steak was so skinny I thought it was beef jerky! No hot sauce provided. Enchilada was very tasty! I?ll concede that. They had a strobe light spinning on my table wth?! Then they had ?bottle service? with some backup Terror Squad members taking up the inside of the bar. Of course they included their own gratuity at 20%. They got us watching STADIUM sports channel whoaaaa! We watched that in prison? another notoriously cheap place withpoor food."

"This is an awesome spot for vegan food. I’m not strictly vegan, but my significant other prefers to eat mainly vegan, and I’ve got a pretty open mind/palate. I have to say as far as vegan restaurants go (and I’ve tried quite a few) this place is at the top of my list. Most items (including their vegan cheese) are made in house, and you can definitely tell. The vegan pizza was the best I’ve had, and the fried “chicken” (mushrooms) was insane. They worked us in on a busy weekend night with no reservation, to boot. Will definitely be back, as this place is just down the street from me. Highly recommend!"
